Complaints Procedures

At St Michael's CE Primary Academy, we have an open door policy. If you have any concerns, please see your child's class teacher. If you do not feel that your concern has been fully resolved, please make an appointment to see the Headteacher. You can contact the Headteacher through the school office. Following this meeting, if you feel that your concern is still not resolved satisfactorily, please refer to the complaints policy below.

SEND Complaints 

Arrangements for handling complaints from parents of children with special educational needs or disability (SEND) about a school’s support are within the scope of the complaints policy (see link below). 

Such complaints should first be made to the special educational needs coordinator (SENDCO).  

Our school’s SEND policy and information report includes information about the rights of parents of children with disabilities who believe that a school has discriminated against their child.

Complaints about services provided by other providers who use school premises or facilities should be directed to the provider concerned.
